解题要排除“思维定势”的影响

在解题过程中，我发现同学们存在着一个突出问题：容易受“思维定势”的影响，因而对变化了的题目未能灵活应变，结果造成了失误。本文希望通过下面六个实例的评析，帮助同学们“解放思想”，摆脱这种“思维定势”的影响。 1. ______ they are to be included in the plan will depend on ______ they are true.  A. If; if      B. Whether; whether C. If; whether  D. Whether; if 一般说来，在宾语从句中，whether常可与if互换。例如：I don’t know if / whether I can help you.但在下面情况下，只用whether: 1) 在介词后。2) 用于带to的不定式前。3) 引出主语从句，表语从句，同位语从句和让步状语从句。4) 用于whether ... or not中。故本题选B。 2. ______ the early morning of May Day he left for Shanghai. A. On   B. At    C. In    D. By 一般说来，在in the morning / evening / afternoon, at noon, at night等短语中，如果有前置定语或后置定语时，要将介词at / in改为on。例如：on a hot evening of July, on a cold night等。故本题选A。 3. They don’t think you two have met before, ______? A. do they        B. don’t they       C. have you      D. haven’t you
